How does the loyalty program work?

What are invoices?
When a customer comes with a discount promo code, you or your manager do not immediately pay the agent’s commission because you may be busy serving customers or legally obliged to refund the customer if the product is returned within the allowed period, or you may have no internet access. Therefore, you or your manager first enter the promo code number into the system, creating an invoice in the SetHubble office on your store page (or first record invoices in your journal, then add them to the system). After that, you or your manager pay these invoices according to the schedule set in settings, or earlier when there is free time. What are levels and how does it work?
Levels are a word-of-mouth chain showing which "generation" a particular agent is relative to you or your store. Each level shows who brought whom.
